If You are not happy with a purchase of our Goods, We refer You to our policies on returns and refunds.

The following terms apply to all products that purchased from Boom Again.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean submitted completion of a shopping cart by You to buy Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website and our various web technologies.

Website refers to Boom Again, accessible from https://www.BoomAgain.com

You or User means the individual user accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is using the Service, as applicable.

 

Order Cancellation & Return Rights

Cancellation of Order

You are entitled to cancel Your Order prior to shipment without giving any reason for doing so. Typically, orders ship by the next business day or within 2 business days, so please review your order carefully before submitting it. Standard delivery is typically within 4-7 business days. However, the record level of online shopping is resulting in record shipping and all shipping companies are experiencing intermittent and sometimes significant delays that are beyond our control.

The deadline for returning Goods is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or from which a third-party appointee, who is not the package carrier, takes possession of the product on Your behalf.

Users will be responsible for payment of return shipping, an expense which will only be reimbursable by Boom Again at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis,

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. In order for us to track returned Goods, Customer must provide Customer Support with a valid return tracking number by sending tracking information via email to support@boomagain.com. Failure to provide a viable tracking number will result in our inability to track the item and forfeit sender’s right to a refund.

We will use the identical method of payment as utilized in the Order, and You will not be charged a fee other than a $3.50/product handling and restocking fee (which will also be applied for any Order returned to Us caused by incomplete or inaccurate User shipping information submitted by User).

Boom Again will not be held responsible for Products damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend insuring and tracking return parcels through mail service. We are unable to issue refunds without our receipt of the Products or proof we received a return delivery.

 

Conditions for Returning Product

In order for Goods to be eligible for a return, please be sure:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are contained in the undamaged original packaging, and contents are contained in undamaged internal packaging
  • The Goods themselves were not used or damaged
  • All paper contents including instructions and disclaimers are included and not damaged
  • You have the receipt or valid proof of purchase

The following Goods are not returnable:

  • The Goods made were to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The Goods are unsealed, which means that they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • The Goods are, after delivery, according to their nature, mixed with other unpackaged items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions by our sole discretion.
